Product Warranty

All products sold through Sound Express USA are warrantied through the manufacturer's provided warranty unless no manufacturer warranty is provided (for more information please contact the manufacturer directly).

No warranties are given on customer equipment/parts when provided for installation services offered by Sound Express USA.

Vehicle Inspection

Before every installation, an inspection will be completed by a Sound Express USA employee of the customer's vehicle notating any obvious cosmetic, mechanical, and/or electrical defects and issues. The inspection form lists the Sound Express USA terms and conditions. To proceed with the installation, the customer is required to sign the inspection form acknowledging the notated vehicle defects/issues as well as agreeing to the Sound Express USA terms and conditions. Failure to sign the inspection form will cancel the installation appointment.

Installation Liability

Sound Express USA is not responsible for any plastics and/or clips breaking/cracking on vehicles older than 6 years (UV/Sun damage, as well as wear and tear, is common on older vehicles). Sound Express USA is not responsible for any electrical or mechanical malfunctions of a customer vehicle that do not correspond to the installation being performed (again, wear and tear and proper maintenance are not the responsibility of Sound Express USA). For example, if a Sound Express USA employee uses the customer-provided keyfob to lock the doors of the customer's vehicle overnight and the next day the technician uses the same keyfob to unlock the doors and the doors do not unlock, Sound Express USA is not responsible for the vehicle malfunction. One more example, if a Sound Express USA employee finishes a speaker installation and starts the vehicle to exit the garage but the vehicle will not go into gear, Sound Express USA is not responsible for the vehicle malfunction as a speaker installation has no relevance to the mechanical condition of the vehicle.

Installation Warranty/Refunds

Sound Express USA does not and cannot warranty nor guarantee the performance of any products provided by the customer (not sold by Sound Express USA). No installation warranty is provided for the installation of customer-provided product(s). No installation refunds are given in the event a customer-provided product is improperly working as it is the customer's full responsibility to ensure such product(s) are fully functional before the installation.

Any appointment cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a $120 scheduling fee. No refunds are given on installation services and products once an installation has started. When an installation is completed, the customer will have the ability to look over the vehicle and demo the installed product(s). Before leaving the Sound Express USA shop, the customer will be required to sign an installation completion form, acknowledging they are 100% happy with the installation and any product(s) purchased through Sound Express USA. If the customer has any concerns about the installation, product(s), or vehicle, they must communicate these concerns to either the technician or manager before signing the installation completion form and leaving the Sound Express USA shop. This will allow the technician or manager the ability to make any changes required for the customer to be 100% happy. Once the installation completion form is signed, no other work/modifications and/or product exchanges may be performed. Failure to sign the installation completion form will void all installation and product warranties.

All products and corresponding installation services sold by Sound Express USA include a warranty to the original customer for a length of time corresponding to the product(s) manufacturer warranty (unless no manufacturer warranty is provided). As stated in the paragraph above, the warranty is only valid if the customer signed the installation completion form. The warranty covers any installation-related defects as well as any product defects. If any part of the installation performed by Sound Express USA has been modified/tampered then all warranties are void and null. If any product(s) sold and installed by Sound Express USA has been modified/tampered then all warranties are void and null.

Return Policy:

Sound Express USA extends a 7-day return policy on products purchased through our website and in-store except for any special order items, closeout items, open box items, and built-to-order items. A return request is required before shipping product(s) back to Sound Express USA. Please contact us by email at shop@soundexpressusa.com or in person. The customer is responsible for safely returning the product(s) to Sound Express USA. The refund amount will be the original dollar amount minus any applicable shipping/handling costs from the original order. Any products that have been installed by the customer or by Sound Express USA are not eligible for return/refund. All products shipped back must be in the same condition as originally sold. Upon inspection, any products returned in damaged or worsened condition will not be given a refund. Sound Express USA is not responsible for returning product(s) back to a customer if they have been determined to be in worsened/damaged condition, in turn, ineligible for a refund. Any products purchased from and installed by Sound Express USA may be eligible for exchange at the time of the installation up to the discretion of the manager and technician who are present.

Fulfillment/Shipping Policy:

All physical items purchased from www.soundexpressusa.com will be shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase unless on backorder, a special order item, a built-to-order item, or a drop-shipped item. Once an order is placed, we cannot promise the ability to cancel an order at a customer's request.

Although we try to expedite all shipments we cannot guarantee any delivery dates due to unforeseen weather conditions and/or any other external events that may arise while the package is in transit. Once the package is in transit, a tracking number will be provided to the customer.
